Airbags are designed with safety in mind, but things can and will go wrong. Acura, Mercedes-Benz, Ford, and Toyota have all faced lawsuits because of their airbags, and they are not the only ones. An airbag lawsuit can be filed if the airbag fails to deploy or deploys late.
