Joan, of counsel to Healy Scanlon Veugeler Gannon, is a graduate of Notre Dame University Law School. She has successfully represented numerous clients in appeals before the Illinois Appellate and Supreme Courts, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. She has been repeatedly selected as an appeals “Super Lawyer.” She also co-authored a chapter on call action “Settlement Procedures, Negotiations, and Agreements Under State and Federal Rules” for the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education.
